Overall I like this series, but blondie in this one is kind of rubbing me the wrong way. Granted, it is just sort of a playful turn of trope in the genre, and we don’t know how much time has passed since the first issue, but outing the main character to her friends isn’t really cool. Like, reasonably, the main character is pretty new to this and feeling out her own sexuality, being that pushy is a little much. Obviously talking it out with her would be best.
Granted that’s just blondie’s character, I suppose, a little aloof and pushy, lacking tact. It would be cool to see the ramifications of this explored, as it is a complicated issue, but it being played off like that is a little simplistic. But then, it is just a 30 page doujin.
