Release 592: Breakfast, the Cutest Meal of the Day

KV here, again. Our girls are back with some (plausible) pre-dawn cooking! The sisters use their best teamwork to prepare some breakfast to go. Where are they going? Who are they meeting up with? How many times will Sachi have to slap herself awake? Why can’t KV get inari sushi anywhere around here? Some of these questions will be answered in this chapter!

So, at the end of this chapter, Sugimura Kei-san discusses a variety of different recipes for egg sandwiches. I was especially drawn to the idea of a thin omelet. I wasn’t really feeling like a sandwich though. So, I made some breakfast tacos!

Release 591: The Cute is Killing Me

KV is back with another Food Girls blog post! Hi! waves

If there is a character that I identify with in Food Girls, it is Ayari. We both end up taking care of the human we live with. We both enjoy cooking. We both are extra awkward around new humans. ❤ Ayari!

This chapter may, in fact, cause you to die from the cuteness, or the jealousy, I think it all depends on your inner-self. All I know is that I wish my partner ever got ill so I could take care of them, or that whenever I got ill partner would take care of me (as opposed to locking me in the quarantine room). overdramatic dreamy sigh

Anyways, enjoy this chapter! It is adorable and comes with a fairly easy and handy recipe for the next time your special human is feeling under-the-weather.

Oh! In case anyone is curious, I was inspired by the last chapter.

So, I made the best seafood and rice dish I could from my landlocked purgatory (it utilized shrimp because I couldn’t get any clams). It was jambalaya flavors in a paella application.
