I think it’s interesting to see the thought process of the author, or even their ramblings.
To be honest, sometimes I skip it since they can be so wordy (sorry Alm and everyone else), but I do enjoy reading them when I give it a chance. Maybe that means I should always read them?

Release 584: Mae’s ramblings (also Mihoyuka release)

Sup plebs!

Got some tanks for you again, and it’s some more YukarixMiho.

So, which pairings in tank girls do you plebs like?
Almond, the translator of this riveting release, likes YukarixMiho, but I’m more partial to MihoxErika.
Don’t all stab me at once, at least line up in an orderly fashion.

On another note, there’s been a bunch of Yuri games coming out lately, and I’ve been trying to clear out my backlog in the meantime too. Well, maybe it’s not really a Yuri game, but it’s been modded to be one, so it counts right!?

Basically, since the new Fire Emblem was announced, I went back and started replaying Awakening and Fates. So while I was at it, I thought, why not mod it this time? There’s a gay marriage patch out for both games, which massively expands the support list, and it’s pretty fun. Thanks to all the peeps that worked on it, it’s great!

I’d normally try to write something more plot related, but let’s be honest, there’s not much plot going on in here, but that’s ok too.

Release 557: Distance

Miho and Yukari are going out, but they’re not sure how far they should go with their relationship…until Yukari gets injured. The incident brings them close to each other, words bring them closer, until they touch, and become one.

Release 500: Five Hundred Release Smutstravaganza

We finally did it, we made it all the way to five hundred. Oh and Yuri-ism’s 5th birthday is on April 4th! So what’s next? Well, hopefully by our birthday I will have a new batch torrent ready for you all. I hope to have some other little things ready for our birthday too, like insights from our team, responses to questions and such. But for now let’s just celebrate making it this far. It may just seem like a number to some of you, but it’s taken a lot of damn work over the years to get here. Yuri-ism has gone without any major break, change in leadership or loss of staff this entire time. I’d like to think that means we’re doing something good.

We were gonna have a hangout immediately after this release, but a lot of our staff is too busy to attend tonight. With me not feeling the best either, I’ve decided to reschedule it to Friday the 31st at 8pm EDT. I apologize for the last minute change! Please accept this full color goodness instead.
