Release 584: Mae’s ramblings (also Mihoyuka release)

Sup plebs!

Got some tanks for you again, and it’s some more YukarixMiho.

So, which pairings in tank girls do you plebs like?
Almond, the translator of this riveting release, likes YukarixMiho, but I’m more partial to MihoxErika.
Don’t all stab me at once, at least line up in an orderly fashion.

On another note, there’s been a bunch of Yuri games coming out lately, and I’ve been trying to clear out my backlog in the meantime too. Well, maybe it’s not really a Yuri game, but it’s been modded to be one, so it counts right!?

Basically, since the new Fire Emblem was announced, I went back and started replaying Awakening and Fates. So while I was at it, I thought, why not mod it this time? There’s a gay marriage patch out for both games, which massively expands the support list, and it’s pretty fun. Thanks to all the peeps that worked on it, it’s great!

I’d normally try to write something more plot related, but let’s be honest, there’s not much plot going on in here, but that’s ok too.

Release 582: Family

Sachi and Ayari’s parents are here! Sachi’s dad is big on hugs(and tosses!?), but Ayari’s mom isn’t the type to show too much physical affection. Still, Sachi’s there to help them patch up. Going by Sachi’s Dad and Minori’s reactions, Ayari’s mom doesn’t seem to be that good in the kitchen, either….

Release 579: Happy Valentine’s Day

Ah yes, Valentine’s day. The day you get to show your significant other how special they are, or get reminded how alone you feel. It’s alright, I can be your Valentine if you’re okay with spending it with website dedicated to gay anime girls.

If you followed our trello you may have noticed this has been in the works for a long time. I may have been dragging my feet on this project for months, so I eventually gave this to our new typesetter PenPenShinigami. This is their first project with us so be sure to welcome them to the Yuri-ism squad. Don’t worry, I (Chansu) have retired from typesetting so hopefully projects don’t get delayed by my laziness. Instead I get to type these cool blog posts.

Seeing MadoHomu on this blog again makes me feel pretty nostalgic. I’ve typeset about 50 Madoka doujins alone. I have to stir up people again and ask who your favorite pairing is. MADOHOMU VS KYOUSAYA POLL HERE.

Release 578: Fuzz Off

It’s Friday, and that means-it’s Saturday already? No! Why didn’t anyone tell me? Someone’s getting fired for this. 

[Alright Chansu speaking here, Alm got distracted and wanted to get this ready for LAST Friday. But once it was Saturday he wrote this blog post for you all, only to not get around to posting it. Looks like it’s up to me to right the wrong!]

Anyways, here’s another chapter of foodgirls. Shinoda’s family went on a peach-picking trip, so she’s dropped by with a bunch of peaches, asking Ayari to teach her different ways of eating them. Peach soup, peach salad, peach i-oops, better not ruin the surprise! I’ll let you read it and find out for yourself.

Release 577: After School Yuri

Nandeyanen usually does his own blog posts for his translations but it looks like it falls on me now. After 7 or so years I (Chansu) have retired from typesetting. So I guess that makes me the dedicated blog poster now. After reading this release myself I really wanted to make a yuri bingo chart. Like what percentage of our releases do you think use a school setting for the story? Is it over 90%? Anyway, enjoy this sweet yuri!

Release 576: Back to the Office

This marks the end of our (post)Christmas release spree! We’re ending it on something relatively normal, a Mira modern-day office romance. I want to thank everyone who’s worked on these releases: our typesetters Peppermint Grinder, Mae, and Ringo, our quality checkers RabidPatamon, DrPepperfan, Firelily, Shinju, KyrieVinceya and Nozoyan, everyone who tried out for quality checking during December, and even Chansu who forced me to make 7(SEVEN!!!) blogposts while he was being Normsu. 2018 wasn’t a great year, but hopefully we can make 2019 a little better than the last.
