After a long time waiting, we’re finally able to announce our next collaboration with Isya (434notfound). We will be publishing her original manga series “Rule of Zero” for you all. We have two chapters ready for you now, and you can expect two more to be ready by the end of April/early May. If you’re new to the site or don’t remember. Over a year ago we reached out to Isya to help her release her works legally in English to the west. It’s been a learning experience for us all, but it’s been an amazing one.
Getting to work with an artist directly has taught me a lot about the process and how much effort goes into making something like this. Isya has gone above and beyond to try her best for you all. We took your feedback from her first releases and we’re working on improving from them. The chapters featured here are mostly decensored, and the next ones were created fully uncensored with English sales in mind. A little preview from chapter 4 if you want [warning: super lewd!]. Due to the lewdness of this project, it’ll probably only be on Fakku. DLSite doesn’t allow you to show the naughty bits. I put a FAQ down below along with a link to the sales site. I hope you all enjoy!
Where can I buy it? Fakku
How much does this cost? All chapters will be $5.95
Will there be a printed book for this/other releases? No, isya has no plans to do any printed books in English at this time. We would need a significant number of people interested to make it viable to print.
It’s just about one month until Winter Comiket, and by now, I think you guys know the drill – we need your help to buy more doujins!
As of today, 12/28/2013, we can NO LONGER take donations over Paypal. Please do not send any additional donation money over paypal, as we might not be able to ever have access to it.
Thanks to everyone that participated in our 2nd survey here at yuri-ism. I’d like to take this time to share the results with you and respond to some of the questions you guys asked.
You can view the pie charts here:
You can also read a completely unorganized and unedited list of responses that were on the input sections of the survey down below.

And finally you can read my responses to suggestions here.
I would also like to point out that we are now accepting banner submissions for both the blog and the reader. If you’re interested in making something cool to display on this site, send us your submission at Madokami@yuri-ism.com.
Banner requirements for the blog: 978 × 288 pixels, must say “Yuri-ism” somewhere on the image. Other flavor text such as “The purest form of love” are not required but may be used.
Banner requirements for the reader: No bigger than 800 x 200 pixels, doesn’t need to say yuri-ism anywhere. In fact it can be something completely random and funny you think would look good. As long as it is tangentially related to yuri. Banners may also be in the form of fake ads, as long as they are not advertising a real product.
It’s that time of the year again! Our little Chansu turns another year older as of today, 10/29!
As some of you might have noticed, we do have our own online reader now. That was all made possible due to the hours of time and effort that Chansu put into setting it up. Don’t forget, he typesets a lot of doujins, too! So I hope you can join all of us in wishing him an extra big HAPPY BIRTHDAY in celebration of his increasing geezer status, and thank him for all that he does for Yuri-ism.
Happy Birthday Chansu!
Today is a special day here at Yuri-ism.
Nandeyanen, the co-founder and translator of almost all of yuri-ism’s releases has his birthday today!
Thanks to his hard work and dedication, everything we do here is possible.
Happy Bday Nande!
First off, thanks to everyone who participated in the birthday survey. The number of responses has slowed down considerably, so we’re going to address some of the comments and suggestions now rather than wait. The survey will remain open for the time being in case anyone else wants to respond.
First up, we have some super awesome pie charts and graphs for those of you interested:
Next up, we have some answers to all of your comments regarding the website and the way we scanlate, as well as character pairings. It’s a bit much to cram all into one page, so we split them into two.

It’s that time of the year again. What…? Christmas time…? Hah! Comiket time!
Once again the time has come for us to order up another batch of the latest and greatest yuri doujins. There are a lot of releases we are looking forward to (Secret Flowers 4 anyone?), and more are likely to come that haven’t been previewed yet. All of us at Yuri-ism would like to give a big thanks to everyone who supported us through donations from last Comiket until now. Your donations were able to cover in the 80-90% range of all our doujin expenses so far, which is amazing. Once international shipping, third-party ordering fees and everything else are all factored in, it costs roughly $15-17 to buy a single doujin. Since C82 and beyond, we have bought nearly 40 doujins. We took another picture of a bunch of doujins we’ve purchased to put that into perspective:
Well folks, the best part of summer is just around the corner once again… Comiket!
That means it’s time for us to order and import more doujinshi. There are a lot of releases we are looking forward to, and more are likely to come that haven’t been previewed yet. First off, I would like to say THANK YOU! to everyone who has donated to us so far. Your generosity is very, very much appreciated and it has went a long way to ease the pain caused to both of our wallets. We would like to give everyone a preview of what we spent money on recently.
